为了让马来西亚的辩论员能有更多与外国辩论员交流的机会，马来西亚多媒体大学（马六甲院校）辩论学会将在2010年7月16日至2010年7月25日举办第三届世界大专华语辩论赛（简称世辩叁）。
比赛流程
世辩叁将于2010年7月16日至2010年7月25日一连十天在马来西亚举行。初赛也计划将在两个地点进行。48场的初赛中，其中的27场初赛拟定于甲 州爱化摩沙度假村进行，而其余的21场初赛将在几所中学同步进行。拟议中的比赛流程如下：
