I've made the report for 3 times XD
coz the source are hard to find and the contractor never solve it but created another leakage.

But I m not gonna complain the contractor
they had tried their Best i know
I wanna say that their Customer Service is really Best and Syabas!
For the 1st and 2nd time I called them, there's a reception to answer me politely to make a report for me
and after that, they sent their contractor come my house on the same day, effective sial!
3rd time i called, all were busying(maybe its monday, after 2 days holiday)
so I tot to give up
then after 2,3 hours, they amazingly gave me a call!
asking me regarding wad
and then
successfully, I made my 3rd report. LOL
Syabas, you are nice =D keep it up
