As u know government is now introducing a new petrol (RON95) to replace the old RON92.
This newly introduced petrol are suitable for 90% of cars (except for hybrid and race cars).
Hence, now we all can start using this new RON 95 instead of RON97.
However this new updated price change in petrol was actually doesn't benefit us.
The RON 97 which we used to consume will be increased from RM1.80 to RM2.05.
This will directly cause of even can say 'force' us to use the cheaper RON95.
So tomorrow onward we will be using a lower RON(research octane number) petrol yet paying the same price as the old price of the RON97.
can say that the Malaysia government is so clever. I believe n we will achieve Wawasan 2020 soon with the spirit of satu malaysia, satu harga.

RON95 : N/A
RON97 : RM1.80 ( we used to fuel this)
After 1 Sept 2009
RON 95 :RM1.80 ( use this! as it's cheaper and suit for most of the cars)
RON97 : RM2.05 (we cant use this anymore unless you like to burn money)
